Gregory Mullen was born in Melbourne, Florida. He grew up in Boca Raton and has always had a passion for real estate and investing. Gregory is a musician and sailor. He even played in the Florida Atlantic University Orchestra. Gregory has many years in the service industry. After spending years as an investor, Gregory decided to combine his two passions - helping others and investing. “Home ownership is the largest investment most people will ever make. Buyers SpecialistDonna comes from Malta, which is an island just south of the coast of Sicily. She has been here in the United States for years, and other than her romantic accent you would think she grew up in South Florida. She speaks Italian, Maltese, French – and oh yes- did we say English too? She has been working in real estate for about one year, and what she lacks in experience she makes up for in enthusiasm and hard work.
When we need something done we ask Donna. She is always there and willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done. Donna has a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and uses her skills to make you feel at home during the home buying experience. Pascual Ortiz

Pascual is originally from the Bronx, New York, where he worked in the retail and service industries. Pascual worked in high-end clothing on New York’s famous 5th Avenue prior to joining the Adler Team. It was there he learned his exceptional customer service skills. He then moved to Florida to pursue a career in Real Estate, and we're glad he did.
Pascual is of Puerto Rican and Dominican descent and is one of the Spanish speakers on the Adler Team. While working in the fashion industry Pascual developed excellent skills in customer service and a great understanding discerning the client's needs. People who know Pascual say he is professional, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking, and it's obvious he genuinely enjoys helping others. Pascual is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his customers' happiness. Wendy is our Listing Coordinator. She handles all aspects of getting your home ready for showings - taking photos, putting your home on all of our web sites and initiating all marketing with our Marketing Team. She gets feedback on showings and updates the status of the sale of your home on your own, personal, password-protected web site.
Brady
Closing Coordinator, Licenced Agent
Brady is our Transaction Coordinator. She handles all sales contracts to closing. She works closely with sellers, buyers, Realtors, title companies, attorneys and all other parties involved in the sale of property. Brady is also a licensed real estate agent. She will handle all aspects of the closing process once you get a contract.

Mary Ann is part of our Marketing Staff. She works at keeping all of our web sites updated with current information. She has been with Christine for over fifteen years and also assists the listing coordinator with implementing the 100-point Adler Team Marketing Plan.

First Time Buyers >A Realistic Evaluation
Your real estate agent's job is to find you the perfect home, in the right location, with all the amenities you want--and at the right price. It is the home inspector's job to find any skeletons in the closet -- or in the plumbing, wiring, roof, basement and beams.
The inspector won't pass or fail a home based on what he or she finds, but will go over the house thoroughly to help you understand the condition of the property you are buying. If there are any serious problems, your inspector can give you a realistic idea of how much the repairs will cost. If there are material defects that were not reflected in the asking price, you will have the opportunity to re-open negotiations with your sellers before you commit to the purchase. A good inspector will also explain the operation of the basic emergency systems such as the main water cut off valve and the circuit breaker box, and will go over items that will need routine maintenance.
If you are buying a house, we recommend that you make a professional home inspector part of your home purchase team.
