Meet Christine Adler 

Hi - I'm Christine Adler, head of the Adler Team, one of South Florida top producing realty teams. I'm going to tell you a little bit about my background and work style so you feel comfortable contacting me - both because I'll work hard for you, and because I know we'll get along great! 

I specialize in waterfront and luxury homes in Broward and Palm Beach counties. I started my training in college where I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, with a specialization in Real Estate. I am proud to say I am now a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and was awarded membership in the Million Dollar Guild for my stellar level of sales of multi million dollar homes in South Florida. I have also been certified as an ePro. What does this mean for you? This training has given me specialized knowledge in internet sales and marketing - skills that are most important to home sellers today. According to the National Association of Realtors, 78% of all home owners start their search online.  

I am not only a Realtor but am also a Broker Associate and have been recognized by RE/MAX as being in the top 100 Realtors. I am also in the top one percent of all Realtors nationwide. With my team of fifteen-plus staff members including buyers specialist’s, transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and my award winning marketing team you can be assured that you will be well cared for in every respect. 

My areas of expertise include not only Weston, Plantation and Ft Lauderdale, Florida, but extend to areas such as Greater Fort Lauderdale, Beaches & Intra coastal, Weston, Plantation, Coral Springs, Margate, Sunrise, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Lighthouse Point, Pompano, Davie, Parkland, Cooper City, Coconut Creek and Sawgrass.

I also publish a periodic newsletter for our clients that is very informative. I work very hard to maintain a high level of professionalism and spend a great deal of time and financial resources to keep ahead in this rapidly changing industry.  

I feel my high tech approach to the business enables me to keep in close contact with our clients and to constantly learn new marketing techniques for our listings. I particularly enjoy working with people who are relocating to the area for retirement or those who are just starting new careers in this lovely community.
